Today and tomorrow Le Virtu/Brigantessa chef Joe Cicala is taking over Starchefs' Instragram and we've got to say he's doing a damned good job. This morning we've already gotten adorable shots Cicala's wife, pastry chef Angela Ranalli and their son, Augustino plus some behind the scenes action at the newly opened Brigantessa.
