WATCH: Time-lapse of the Pennsylvania Farm Show butter sculpture being made
It'll melt your heart.

The Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, which runs through Jan. 17, features a butter sculpture made from around 1,000 pounds of butter, and showcases a "fundraising campaign for an innovative food bank milk program." More about the program can be found here.
As for the sculpture, artists Jim Victor (an instructor at Fleisher Art Memorial) and Marie Pelton spent 11 days in what's basically a refrigerator to create the thing. The resulting time-lapse footage is one of those "watch with your mouth hanging open" type of videos.
Victor and Pelton create lots of food sculptures, including an Anthony Barr made of Subway sandwich parts. Check out their Facebook page.
