Oculus shopping mall at WTC

Almost 15 years after the September 11 attacks the Oculus shopping mall at WTC made its grand opening on Tuesday. More than half of the tenants were open for the debut including Breitling, John Varvatos, Smythson, Longines and Apple.

The breathtaking 160-foot-tall "Oculus" design is meant to portray the image of a dove being released from a child's hands.
