The Lucy Pet Foundation's Gnarly Crank'n K-9 Wave Maker is in NYC searching for surfing canines for a chance to win a spot on the 2017 Rose Parade float.
The Lucy Pet Foundation's Gnarly Crank'n K-9 Wave Maker is a 75-foot long tractor-trailer filled with 5,000 gallons of water.
Pet owners are encouraged to bring their dogs to audition at the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals "Adoptapalooza" on September 18th from 12pm - 5pm at Union Square Park in NYC.
