NES Classic Edition has gamers lining up at NYC Nintendo store

The Nintendo store, in Rockefeller Center, had a line near a block long with gamers ready to purchase a limited re-release of the classic NES Classic Edition console . Nintendo announced on Twitter at 5:35 a.m. Thursday morning that the consoles would be avaible at 9 a.m. with a limit of one per customer. Customers in line were given wristbands that were required for time of purchase.

The NES Classic has been near impossible for gamers to buy as they are sold out in major stores including GameStop.  The $60 gaming console, which includes popular games from the 80's, has been seen reselling on e-bay at a guaranteed price by e-Bay of $226.
