Bradley Wright-Phillips scored in the 55th minute to help New York seal a 1-0 win against New England Revolution at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ.
The win keeps the Red Bulls in third place of the MLS Eastern Conference with 40 points behind New York City FC who are in second with 41 points.
The loss is bad news for New England who have been winless in their last six and shutout in four straight games. The Revs are five points back of DC United who is in sixth place in the MLS Eastern Conference.
