UFO caught on video over Midtown Manhattan

Monday evening, around 4:30pm, an unidentified flying object was caught on video hovering over Midtown Manhattan.  The video was recorded above the intersection of 8th Avenue and 45th Street and captures about a minute of footage displaying a circular metallic object glowing in the sky.

Photos of the object were also taken which appeared in an "O" shape with smoke. Other possibilities are the object could have been a drone or even a letter "O" helium balloon.

During the video timeline beginning at :04 through :08 seconds the object appears to fly against the wind which could toss out the balloon theory.  At one point, not seen in the video, the object was also seen hovering higher in altitude than a commercial plane.
